The self-serve agreement stack
How every agreement, signature, and identity check gets done before 9 December — with no retainers, no sales processes, and no dependency on any single vendor. Drafting is bought from pay-per-document online legal services; signing runs through a government-licensed e-signature rail consumed as a self-serve API; every executed agreement is archived in Bellyrubs’ own encrypted store. Three fallbacks are agreed in advance, so none of it can move the launch date.

Policies & consentsgates payments + both app stores
Signing platform & in-app railself-serve API · in launch scope
Partner identity checkspartners only — customers never
Registrations & filingsshared clocks — also on the launch plan
Interactive legal-ops plan · updated at the weekly Friday review alongside the launch plan. Owners: Founder · Engineering · Legal (bounded reviews only) · CA (tax) · External (licensed clocks). Governance worth knowing: the founder is the sole actor on production, payments, and every vendor account; engineering never holds credentials; every signed agreement is archived in Bellyrubs’ own encrypted, exportable store — a vendor is never the only place an executed agreement exists.
